About the Role and nbsp;
As a Sales and amp; Business Development Representative youll drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities fostering strong relationships and closing deals through strategic outreach.

Strong knowledge of the crypto industry and marketing strategies. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Excellent analytical networking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research
Monitor industry trends competitors and emerging markets. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

2. Lead Generation
Create scalable outreach campaigns targeting investors agencies and key industry figures. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Develop marketing materials and partnership decks for collaboration. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Identify and engage potential clients across channels (cold emails social media events). and nbsp; and nbsp;
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

3. Prospecting and amp; Outreach
Conduct highvolume outreach (calls emails social media) to connect with decisionmakers. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Schedule meetings demos and presentations with potential clients.

4. Sales Development
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions aligned with their objectives. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Partner with the sales team to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

5. Relationship Building
Establish and nurture longterm relationships with clients partners and stakeholders. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
12 years of experience in sales or business development. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Ability to thrive in fastpaced settings and adapt quickly to changes. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Selfmotivated with a strong resultsoriented mindset. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Experience in Web3 SaaS or B2B is a plus.
