Job Description

The Director of Sales is crucial in driving our clients success. This position is responsible for creating managing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be resultsdriven aligning sales strategies with the companys vision. They will generate qualify pursue and close business opportunities from selfsourced leads companyprovided leads and existing customer relationships. Additionally this role involves managing and maintaining customer relationships and expectations while identifying and developing new business areas that enhance the companys offerings across the Americas.

The Director of Sales will be responsible for

  • Developing and nurturing strong business relationships to turn customers into partners.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly quarterly and annual targets
  • Providing timely reporting of activities forecasts sales and orders.
  • Managing and leading the sales teams daily efforts ensuring alignment with KPIs tracking performance providing guidance and driving the team towards achieving sales targets and objectives.

The Director of Sales will have

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years experience selling luxury goods
  • Pilots License
  • Aviation sales experience preferred
