The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with customers at the automotive dealership. They are the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients guiding them through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase. The Sales Executive works closely with the sales management team to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify qualify and convert leads into customers
Actively prospect and network to build a pipeline of qualified leads utilizing various sales channels and techniques
Schedule and conduct sales presentations product demonstrations and client meetings to showcase the companys offerings
Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries handling objections and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities customer interactions and contract details
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns promotions and marketing materials
Continuously research and stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall achievement of the companys revenue goals
Participate in industry events trade shows and networking activities to build brand awareness and expand the customer base
Comply with all relevant laws regulations and company policies related to sales and customer interactions
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
3 years of proven sales experience preferably in the automotive industry
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Thorough understanding of the automotive sales process customer buying behavior and industry trends
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build longterm relationships
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify customer needs present tailored solutions and overcome objections
Proficient in the use of sales management tools customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the overall sales and marketing efforts
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
