As part of their expansion into Vietnam they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow their presence in the B2B channel specifically targeting dental clinics and distributors.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth managing distributor relationships and developing strategic partnerships with dental clinics across Vietnam. This is a senior role that requires extensive experience in the dental industry and a proven track record of success in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Vietnamese dental market and an established network within the dental community.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts for our clients products targeting dental clinics and distributors.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and identify new distribution partners to expand the companys reach.
- Clinic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers at dental clinics ensuring the company becomes the preferred choice for teeth whitening solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing sales team setting clear goals and ensuring high performance.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the dental industry.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 57 years of experience in a senior sales role within the dental industry (experience working with dental clinics distributors or dental product manufacturers is required).
- Network: Strong existing network of contacts within dental clinics and distributors in Vietnam.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage complex B2B relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- ResultsOriented: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
