Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends clients and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to uncover new business opportunities and assess market potential.
  • Develop strategies for market segmentation to effectively target specific customer segments.

Business Development

  • Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Pursue new business through cold calling networking and industry events.
  • Prepare and present proposals and bids to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address concerns promptly.
  • Foster longterm partnerships with clients.

Proposal Development

  • Prepare and present technical proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate proposal representation.
  • Tailor proposals to meet specific client requirements.

Project Management

  • Work with engineering and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Market Representation

  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Network with industry professionals and potential clients.
  • Participate in associations to stay informed about market trends.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor s in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial); MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven B2B sales and business development experience in heavy engineering manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles excellent communication negotiation and data analysis abilities.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and marketing/business tools.
  • Environment: Experience in a fastpaced dynamic setting.
