Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the efficient and effective operations of the food and beverage outlets. As the righthand to the Restaurant Manager the Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daytoday activities ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue generation. They assist in managing and coordinating staff maintaining high service standards and implementing operational procedures. The Assistant Restaurant Manager also collaborates with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery. With a focus on guest satisfaction profitability and maintaining the hotels brand image the Assistant Restaurant Manager contributes to the overall success and reputation of the hotel.
Qualifications :
The candidates should have a bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Hotel Management or any related field. They should also have at least four years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferably in a luxury hotel or highend restaurant setting demonstrating expertise in F&B operations. Candidates should have strong financial acumen and encompass skills in budgeting cost control and revenue optimization.
