Qualifications :
The candidates should have a bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Hotel Management or any related field. They should also have at least four years of experience in the food and beverage industry preferably in a luxury hotel or highend restaurant setting demonstrating expertise in F&B operations. Candidates should have strong financial acumen and encompass skills in budgeting cost control and revenue optimization.
