Job Description
Restaurant Host (AllDayDining)
As an AllDayDining Restaurant Host you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our restaurant ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their dining experience. Your professionalism hospitality and attention to detail will contribute to creating a memorable atmosphere for our guests.
Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
- Ensures guests are well looked after from the moment they arrive to the time they leave.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Establishes good relations with guests offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
- Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure efficient table utilization and smooth service flow.
- Manage reservations and walkin guests ensuring accurate seating and waitlist management.
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Ensures the point of sale is prepared to a high standard.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the dining area and lobby.
- Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth coordination between the different departments.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Host Hostess or in a similar role preferably in a luxury hotel or fivestar dining establishment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Availability to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
