Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with highrisk clients particularly in industries like Gambling and Forex. You will contribute to the companys growth by developing targeted sales strategies conducting market research and leading client outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of highrisk payment processing a proactive attitude and a desire to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Establish and foster longterm relationships with clients in highrisk industries focusing on the Gambling and Forex sectors.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate on shaping and executing strategic sales plans using your experience in payments or account management to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Proposals & Deal Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals negotiate deals and identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue and strengthen client partnerships.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay on top of industry trends understand competitors and spot opportunities to position the company ahead of the curve.
- Client Outreach: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients and partners expanding the companys footprint in highrisk markets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in Fintech or Payments sales/account management ideally with experience working in highrisk sectors and knowledge of the CIS market.
- Client Management: Proven experience in managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to transition from client management to sales including deal closing and upselling.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills confident in building relationships and handling clientfacing discussions.
- Energy & Enthusiasm: A driven proactive individual looking to grow within a fastmoving entrepreneurial company environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Russian is essential
