Our client is an innovative Ukrainian startup leading the charge in Web3 bankingdedicated to creating a transparent secure and decentralized financial ecosystem with hubs in the Baltic and Latin America. Our Automated Banking System (ABS) is a key component of our infrastructuredesigned to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented ProjectManager to oversee the development and implementation of our internalAutomated Banking System (ABS). This role is crucial for ensuring that our projectsare completed on time within scope and in line with our strategic goals. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in project management experience withagile methodologies and proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan execute and oversee the development and implementation of the internal ABS system.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure the security and integrity of transactions on the exchange.
Integrate and maintain support for various blockchain protocols.
Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize trading strategies.
Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve any issues related to the exchange.
Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and crypto exchanges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Blockchain/Crypto Exchange Specialist or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of blockchain protocols (Bitcoin Ethereum TRX Tron).
- Strong understanding of crypto trading liquidity management and marketmaking.
- Familiarity with security best practices for crypto exchanges.
- Experience with smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian or Russian language.
