As the Salesforce Solution Manager you will optimize Salesforce as a cornerstone of operational excellence driving efficiency innovation and seamless business workflows. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership and handson expertise to align Salesforce with evolving business needs unlock its full potential and support the companys continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and customize Salesforce workflows user permissions fields reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
Act as the primary administrator managing user access permissions and overall system security.
Automate lead management and sales funnel processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and implement business workflows leveraging Salesforces Flow Engine to build endtoend solutions for processes like invoicing approvals and crossdepartment collaboration.
Serve as a trusted advisor guiding stakeholders on the best approaches to leverage Salesforce for business transformation. Analyze business needs and propose scalable solutions ensuring they are aligned with the platforms capabilities.
Strategically integrate tools like Zendesk Slack and Jira into Salesforce.
Evaluate cuttingedge Salesforce apps and external integrations to support business growth and align the system with industryleading practices.
Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Conduct regular audits and address data discrepancies proactively.
Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and dashboards ensuring business leaders have access to relevant KPIs and forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in Salesforce configuration customization and administration.
Proven ability to implement complex workflows and business processes in Salesforce including handson experience with Flow Engine.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs for connecting thirdparty tools.
Strong understanding of data governance and validation rules.
Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience working in or with toptier consulting firms such as Accenture or Salesforce partner companies is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
Strong analytical skills for datadriven decisionmaking.
Familiarity with AIdriven tools like Einstein Analytics.
Experience optimizing Salesforce in a highdemand fastpaced environment particularly for fintech or B2B services.
Understanding of Agile methodologies for iterative improvements.
