Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Customer Service Supervisor
Proven ability to manage and motivate a large multinational team.

Extensive experience in customerfacing roles (Mall Retail Hospitality Hotel or Airline).
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English.

Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations as required.
