Job Description

MSI is HIRING

Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Customer Service Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

Proven ability to manage and motivate a large multinational team.
Strong team player with leadership skills.
Extensive experience in customerfacing roles (Mall Retail Hospitality Hotel or Airline).
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English.
Smart professional appearance with a wellgroomed demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead manage and inspire a diverse team to meet business objectives.
Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations as required.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all business levels.
