Job Description
IT Executive (Technical Support) needed in a School in Bengaluru. (Immediate joining)

Candidate should be a Graduate. Should have good communication skills Should possess excellent Technical knowledge. Prefrence to someone who has worked in Schools or Education. Role - Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications Monitor and maintain computer systems. Talk to teachers or school staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues Troubleshoot system, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time Maintain a fixed asset record of the IT Resources, software resources/licenses. IT inventory. Provide/ issue / assign devices to new staff and collect the devices & accessories from departing/ resigning staff. Maintain proper inventory records. Audio/ Video support (including TV s, Projectors, Cables,) IT Support requires for Exams & Events Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential for adoption within the organization. Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect against cybersecurity threats. Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems to meet school needs. Identify and engage with external vendors and service providers to support IT initiatives
Education
Candidate should be a Graduate. Should have good communication skills Should possess excellent Technical knowledge. Prefrence to someone who has worked in Schools or Education.
