- Provided practice leadership and drove doubledigit growth propelling FINN to become a topfive global agency earning multiple industry recognitions including Global Health Agency of the Year Outstanding Agency Practice and Best Place to Work.
- Oversee a staff of 14 covering 15 accounts spanning biopharma medical devices startups and big pharma including major assignments with Johnson & Johnson and Janssen
- Foster collaborative culture across FINN offices groups and newly acquired agencies in expanding international markets.
- Created global resource platform for streamlined client service and new business efforts.
- Implemented client service quality initiatives training 350 colleagues and conducting QC checkins.
