Position Overview":
As an Inbound Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients patients and clients. Your role will be to provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. This is a workfromhome opportunity that allows you to work independently while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from patients and clients promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding services appointments and general inquiries.
Assist in resolving issues and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Document interactions and follow up on patient requests as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the patient experience.
Stay updated on company policies procedures and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a patientcentered attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
