We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Technical Project Manager to lead and drive a team of developers in a fastpaced environment focusing on the implementation of Guidewire Policy Center across product lines in Personal Lines.
Position:Guidewire Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities:- Lead and guide the program while collaborating closely with Senior IT and Business Leads.
- Develop strategy for large Guidewire Policy Center implementation.
- Engage with Senior Executives and Sponsors to review and track implementation progress.
- Analyze and evaluate program risks producing reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Oversee design documents required for product configuration (Field mapping Data definition rules definition etc.).
- Lead solutioning efforts and present Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Identify and build reusable configuration components to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with the client program management team and business users.
- Manage program teams in a global delivery model overseeing task allocation and status reporting.
- 1215 years of overall work experience with at least 5 years in Guidewire PolicyCenter Billing Center or Claims Center implementation and program management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proven experience as a Project/Program Manager.
- Deep insight into the SDLC and strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Technical experience in requirement analysis design and implementation for complex business rules.
- Prior experience in configuring and developing Guidewire components using GOSU Wizards PCF Data Model and Workflow.
- Strong experience in personal lines implementation (auto property umbrella).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Guidewire ACE Certification is mandatory.
- Experience working with Guidewire Cloud.
- Experience: 15 years with at least 5 years in Guidewire
- Certification: Guidewire ACE Certification required
