We are seeking experienced React Native Leads for Centene Corporation. This position involves fullstack mobile application development and leadership using React Native for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. The role includes managing scalable mobile applications mentoring developers and overseeing the full development lifecycle.
Position:- Lead development of mobile and web applications using React Native
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions
- Mentor junior developers and ensure highquality code and performance
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Develop backend services using Node.js Express GraphQL
- Design and implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints
- Collaborate with designers product managers and QA engineers
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Mentor developers conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices
- Optimize code for performance and scalability
- Manage project timelines and deliverables troubleshooting issues as needed

Experience:
- 7 years in fullstack development with at least 5 years of React Native experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) React Native React.js Redux.js
- Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
- Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g. MongoDB PostgreSQL MySQL)
- Experience integrating thirdparty APIs and working with realtime data
- Deep knowledge of mobile application lifecycle and design patterns

Skills:
- Proficient in Git cloud services (AWS Google Cloud Azure) and CI/CD practices
- Handson experience in mobile app performance optimization and debugging
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience in leading fullstack React Native projects
- Ability to mentor developers and manage the full app development lifecycle
- Strong problemsolving and performance optimization skills
