Job Description
Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Santa Monica CA 90405
Duration: 6 Months
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to join our Level2 team. The ideal candidate will provide hardware and software support for MAC and PC environments manage SCCM JAMF Office365 and Adobe applications handle inventory management and assist with AI tool integration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and timely resolutions for technical issues.
- Support MAC/PC users network connectivity printers handheld devices and software applications.
- Administer Office365 and Adobe Suite troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Deploy software using SCCM and JAMF.
- Manage hardware and software inventory.
- Support AI tools for office products.
- Maintain documentation of procedures and system configurations.
- Meet servicelevel agreements (SLA) for incident and request handling.
Requirements:
- 5 years of IT experience with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in Office365 Adobe Suite SCCM JAMF and IT asset management.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Azure AD onprem AD and antivirus/malware protection.
