Job Description
Job Brief:
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Department: Human Resources
Reporting Structure: Reports to the HR Director
Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at ABC a leading company in the Automotive industry. The HR BP will play a key role in supporting the HR function and driving HR initiatives to support the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies to support them
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies procedures and best practices
- Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development planning
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
