Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

•Regional and country specific sourcing and selection strategy

•Governance for recruiting process (one-stop-shop for internal clients)

•Employer branding

•Recruiting of diverse positions (Corporate, OPS, Sales, etc.) in cooperation with regional HR teams

•Managing recruiting channels

•Managing recruiting webpage

•Onboarding process

•Maintaining data base for potential internal candidates

•Partners with business leaders to determine staffing needs. Builds valued and trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers.

•Proactively develops talent pipeline, seeking out talent, nurturing relationships, assessing talent for organizational 'fit' ahead of business demand to meet strategic talent goals.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities to connect with candidates and understand their motivations.
  • Negotiation: Capable of negotiating offers and addressing candidate concerns to ensure a positive hiring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Job Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job postings, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

Coordination

  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from interviewers and provide insights to hiring managers for decision-making.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Candidate Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.

Desired candidate profile

Educational Background:

•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations and/or other HR related training

Technical Skills:

•Proficiency of English and German

•Previous experience as a customer service representative, sales representative or recruiter

•Experience in the global recruiting processes with several locations

•Experience in analyzing different recruitment sources.

•Experience in database management is an asset.

Soft Skills:

•Strong verbal and written communication skills and very good interpersonal skills

•Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills

•Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends

•Good presentation and influencing skills

•Independent working style and high commitment

•Fluency in the main office automation tools

•Structured, process-oriented working method, strong time management

•Strong attention to detail

•High resilience, time flexibility

•Good analytical skills, process understanding

•Ability to work in a matrix environment
