•Proactively develops talent pipeline, seeking out talent, nurturing relationships, assessing talent for organizational 'fit' ahead of business demand to meet strategic talent goals.

Educational Background:
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations and/or other HR related training
Technical Skills:
•Proficiency of English and German
•Previous experience as a customer service representative, sales representative or recruiter
•Experience in the global recruiting processes with several locations
•Experience in analyzing different recruitment sources.
•Experience in database management is an asset.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills and very good interpersonal skills
•Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
•Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
•Good presentation and influencing skills
