Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process including job positioning selection of recruitment channels budget control monitoring and implementation.

  • Optimize and enhance the interview process to ensure timely fulfillment of highvolume positions.

  • Develop and implement an effective performance management system to continuously measure and improve employee performance.

  • Ensure strict adherence to attendance policies and memos.

  • Approve and process payroll for each pay period ensuring timely updates of tax and insurance contributions.

  • Ensure compliance with company and governmentmandated benefits.

  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the department ensuring all processes related to promotions transfers and resignations comply with company policies and legal standards.

  • Plan coordinate and execute employee activities and events to foster a positive work environment.

  • Act as the companys representative in resolving employee disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years of experience in highvolume recruitment.

  • Proficient in Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills a resultsoriented mindset and a high level of selfmotivation.

  • Experience in the consumer finance industry is preferred with significant experience in managing offline teams such as insurance or sales and a track record of hiring at least 100 people in a year.
