Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process including job positioning selection of recruitment channels budget control monitoring and implementation.
Optimize and enhance the interview process to ensure timely fulfillment of highvolume positions.
Develop and implement an effective performance management system to continuously measure and improve employee performance.
Ensure strict adherence to attendance policies and memos.
Approve and process payroll for each pay period ensuring timely updates of tax and insurance contributions.
Ensure compliance with company and governmentmandated benefits.
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the department ensuring all processes related to promotions transfers and resignations comply with company policies and legal standards.
Plan coordinate and execute employee activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
Act as the companys representative in resolving employee disputes.
Bachelors degree or higher with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years of experience in highvolume recruitment.
Proficient in Indonesian and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Strong communication skills a resultsoriented mindset and a high level of selfmotivation.
Experience in the consumer finance industry is preferred with significant experience in managing offline teams such as insurance or sales and a track record of hiring at least 100 people in a year.
Deep understanding of the local recruitment market.
Proven ability to handle highpressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work environment and build strong employee relationships.
