Take clients on preliminaries on Casafinas project (answer questions about products or the company and ask questions to understand clients requirements)
Enter and update customer data on CRM software
Make Preliminary calls
Schedule meetings
Coordinate transaction with Sales Advisor to onboard client
Following up with clients on calls as needed
Other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead
Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of CRM software
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
