Allied is an innovative company leading the steel building industry with worldclass projects and cuttingedge solutions. We are looking for an energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in converting qualified business opportunities into successful sales and cultivating lasting relationships with our clients. You will work closely with the Inside sales Team & Business Development Manager to strategize and execute sales efforts turning leads into tangible results for some of the world s most exciting and ambitious construction projects.

As an integral part of our sales team you ll be responsible for managing client relationships presenting Allied s innovative products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to understand client needs coupled with your passion for sales will contribute to Allied s continued growth in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team & Business Development Manager to convert qualified leads into new clients and successfully close deals.

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline ensuring consistent growth by targeting highpotential prospects in designated regions.

  • Meet with prospective clients inperson to assess their needs and present Allied s preengineered and custom steel building solutions.

  • Conduct product demonstrations presentations and site visits to showcase Allied s capabilities and value proposition.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing maintaining clear communication with clients throughout.

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients ensuring they receive outstanding service during and after project completion.

  • Provide regular feedback and insights from the field to inform business development strategies and improve customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including design engineering and project management to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Report on sales performance market trends and client feedback to leadership and help drive continuous improvement in the sales process.

KPIs:

  • Sales Growth: Hit or exceed sales targets set in goals.

  • Client Acquisition: Convert 20% of qualified leads into new clients.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a 90% customer satisfaction score for closed projects.

  • Sales Conversion Rate: Maintain a 20% close rate on all qualified opportunities.

  • Pipeline Management: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by expanding the sales pipeline.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales preferably in the construction steel or building materials industry.

  • Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the steel building or construction materials market is highly desirable.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned regions to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively in providing solutions to clients needs.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is highly desirable.

  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
