Job Description
ERP Savvy is looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for SAP roles and a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem. This role involves sourcing screening and hiring top SAP talent to meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top SAP talent including job boards social media and networking.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for SAP roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to source and attract top SAP talent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Certifications: SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus.
