Job Description
Job Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant
Location: Onsite Role (5Days) in Santa Clara CA 95054
Duration: 612 Months Contract
Interview process: Phone followed by Video.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MustHave skills for the role: 1) SAP PP or QM
Nicetohave skills: 1) SAP PEO 2) SAP WM or EWM 3)
Primary responsibilities are:
- Work with end users to troubleshoot issue in production on the shop floor in real time
- Triage production issues and work with support team to resolve in a timely fashion
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes to streamline the manufacturing workflow and user experience
- Support functional design and UAT of enhancements related to the SAP manufacturing solution
- Act as super user to guide end users new to SAP and new to the client manufacturing solution; answer questions do overtheshoulder training and provide feedback to leadership to improve new user onboarding process
- Resolve issues in production with firefighter access when need and authorized to keep manufacturing operations moving
- Industry experience needed: Nice to have Automotive or Aerospace & Defense
