What youll be doing:

As a Staff Engineer youll play a crucial role in our organization. Your influence will extend to the future architecture of the Zenjob product laying down the foundation for scalable and robust solutions. By spending time on handson coding youll build empathy and insight into the daytoday challenges faced by our team fostering an environment of understanding and mutual respect. You will also:

• Lead the development and deployment of scalable reliable and highperformance systems.
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of platform services
• Drive the adoption of cuttingedge technologies and best practices initiating change within our engineering organization that impacts the lives of all engineers.
• Mentor and guide engineers fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Engage in handson coding to maintain a deep understanding of the codebase and the challenges faced by the team.

• A passion for leading and mentoring engineers inspiring them to reach their full potential.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical issues for diverse stakeholders.
• A strong preference for industrystandard technologies steering the team towards dependable and proven solutions
• Proficiency in working across various tech stacks primarily focused on AWS and Java with the capability to contribute to Frontend and Mobile development
• Excellent communication skills ensuring clear and effective dialogue within the team and with external partners
