Tasks

• Design and Develop Data Pipelines: Build and maintain scalable reliable and efficient data pipelines to support data science projects and advanced analytics for supply chain operations.
• Data Integration & Consistency: Integrate data from multiple sources to improve consistency and availability ensuring highquality data for analytics.
• Automation & Efficiency: Automate ETL processes to reduce manual intervention increase efficiency and improve data processing times.
• Data Quality & Monitoring: Monitor troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines to ensure 99% uptime and continuous data flow identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions that drive business value.
• Cloud and Big Data Technologies: Leverage cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and big data tools (e.g. HDFS Spark Hive) to acquire ingest and transform large datasets.
• Security & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to information security standards and industry best practices for data governance privacy and compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to crossfunctional problemsolving sessions share knowledge with the team and deliver presentations on technical solutions and advancements.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 35 years in data engineering or a related field with handson experience in building data pipelines and working with cloud platforms.
• Technical Proficiency (Desirable): Proficient in Python Java or Scala; strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud; familiarity with data warehousing tools (e.g. Snowflake Redshift) and Big Data platforms (e.g. HDFS Spark Hive).
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Data Engineering Expertise: Experience in building scalable data pipelines automating ETL processes and ensuring data integrity across structured and unstructured data.
• ProblemSolving Mindset: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on optimizing data workflows and solving complex technical challenges.
• Collaborative Communication: Ability to work in crossfunctional teams communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and drive alignment on data initiatives.
