With locations in Berlin Hamburg and Cologne we specialize in creation project management consulting social media performance marketing and (post)production.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing optimizing and expanding our data infrastructure. Your tasks will include:
- Data Management & Optimization Take ownership of our data warehouse ensuring high data quality availability and scalability.
- ETL Pipeline Development Design build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to efficiently process and transform data.
- Dashboard Development Support our teams and clients by developing and maintaining data dashboards that enable actionable insights.
- Workflow Optimization Improve data workflows to ensure seamless integration across different teams.
- Troubleshooting & Consulting Identify and resolve data issues while advising teams on best practices for data flows and architecture.
- Technology Management Collaborate with our tech service providers to ensure our data tools remain efficient and up to date.
- Data Flow Management Oversee the entire data pipeline from raw data ingestion to dashboard visualization.
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for datadriven decisionmaking.
MustHave Skills:
- Proven experience in data engineering with a focus on data processing analysis and warehouse management (ideally with BigQuery).
- Strong SQL skills Ability to write clean and efficient queries with experience in dbt or Y42.
- Experience with data modeling in a modern data warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and knowledge of APIs JSON OLAP and OLTP.
- Handson experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Looker Studio Looker).
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience in eCommerce data structures and business intelligence workflows.
- Programming skills (Python preferred) for data automation and workflow optimization.
