Job Description

Receive and log calls/emails from suppliers via client functional email box phone and occasionally IT ServiceNow.

Prioritize register and document supplier issues or queries.

Resolve and close calls that fall within the suppliers scope of control.

Dispatch calls to other service desks or teams as necessary.

Create and modify supplier accounts (Saccounts).

Manage RSA tokens (assign activate renew distribute) via ASML Central Helpdesk.

Assist in vendor account creation and modifications.

Monitor all SupplierNetrelated calls and ensure timely followup and closure.

Learn and understand the SAP system stepping up to handle L2 support over time.

Requirements

Proficiency in Dutch and English.
Experience in customer support preferably handling European clients.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools; eagerness to learn SAP.
