Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Supplier Relationship Management SupplierNet L1 Helpdesk representative. This role involves providing firstlevel support to suppliers and internal stakeholders ensuring smooth operations and effective resolution of issues related to SupplierNet the organizations supplier management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
FirstLevel Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers and internal users regarding SupplierNet inquiries issues and requests.
Troubleshoot common platform issues escalating unresolved cases to L2 support or relevant teams as needed.
Supplier Communication:
Handle supplier queries via email phone and ticketing systems professionally and promptly.
Assist suppliers with platform navigation account setup and accessrelated concerns.
Platform Maintenance:
Monitor system performance and report any outages or irregularities to the technical team.
Support routine data updates such as supplier onboarding details and documentation uploads.
Knowledge Management:
Maintain and update helpdesk documentation FAQs and training materials for suppliers and internal users.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with L2 support procurement and IT teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Collaborate with supplier relationship managers to address complex supplier concerns and feedback.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all interactions and resolutions align with organizational policies and compliance standards.
Prepare periodic reports on helpdesk performance metrics and user feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT or a related field.
12 years of experience in helpdesk support customer service or supplier relationship management.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in using ticketing systems CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes is a plus.
