QA Support Officer Part-time

The Quality Assurance Support is mainly responsible for the administrative part within the department of QA Systems. The main tasks are the following:

• Archiving documentation according to GMP regulations;
• Sending and receiving physical documentation to and from the external archive;
• Organizing and maintaining the GMP archive (paperbased);
• Review and archive hardcopy training documents;
• Distribution of logbooks and labjournals;
• Administrative support QA department;
• Support during audits and inspections;
• Support in onboarding of new employees;
• Electronic archiving of quality documentation in our LIMS system.

Qualifications :

• Minimum MBO level education;
• An accurate and organized working attitude;
• Good communication skills customeroriented team player sense of responsibility;
• Good command of the English language spoken and written command of the Dutch language is a plus;
• Experience working in a quality environment (GMP GLP) is recommended;
• Available parttime for 24 hours a week;
• Located in the Netherlands and in possession of a valid work permit.
