Role Description: Sales Support Administrator

As a Sales Support Administrator you will play a critical role in the sales department managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves addressing any salesrelated issues or discrepancies efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proposal Drafting: Support the EMEA Sales Team in drafting proposals.

  • CRM System Updates: Assist in keeping the CRM system updated.

  • Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports collaborating with internal clients at all levels.

  • Client Interaction: Handle inquiries from internal and occasional external clients via email.

  • Administrative Support: Perform essential admin tasks to support departments such as Legal Finance and QA.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Education: Preferable MBO/HBO thinking level.

  • Proactive Attitude: A gogetter who works in a structured manner.

  • Stress Resistance: Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and address processes or issues proactively.

  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Italian is a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel. Additional IT knowledge is highly valued.

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary:gross per month.

  • Paid Holidays: 25 holidays annually.
