As a Sales Support Administrator you will play a critical role in the sales department managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position involves addressing any salesrelated issues or discrepancies efficiently.
Proposal Drafting: Support the EMEA Sales Team in drafting proposals.
CRM System Updates: Assist in keeping the CRM system updated.
Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports collaborating with internal clients at all levels.
Client Interaction: Handle inquiries from internal and occasional external clients via email.
Administrative Support: Perform essential admin tasks to support departments such as Legal Finance and QA.
Education: Preferable MBO/HBO thinking level.
Proactive Attitude: A gogetter who works in a structured manner.
Stress Resistance: Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
Problem Solving: Identify and address processes or issues proactively.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel. Additional IT knowledge is highly valued.
Competitive Salary:gross per month.
