In this key leadership role you will drive the operational transformation to champion AI education and integration while ensuring seamless execution of business processes. As a trusted partner to the CEO you will implement strategic initiatives that empower our contractors with cuttingedge AI tools all while driving organizational growth improving client satisfaction and enhancing profitability.

1. Upskill and Empower Our Workforce & Foster a HighPerformance Culture
Drive a companywide culture shift towards AI proficiency and excellence ensuring our workforce is equipped to thrive in an AIenhanced environment achieving a 30% increase in operational efficiency.
Oversee the operational transition within the first 12 months ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies.
Ensure 80% of the workforce is proficient in AI tools within 9 months with AItrained contractors outperforming client KPIs by 30%.
Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for each department and increase average contractor remuneration by 25%.
Recognize and reward highperforming team members.
2. Enhance Client Satisfaction and Service Delivery
Lead the improvement of client service delivery by integrating AIdriven solutions directly impacting client satisfaction and business retention.
Increase client satisfaction scores by 40% within 12 months
Boost average client headcount by 33% through improved service efficiency.
Reduce client turnover by 33% creating a more stable and satisfied client base.
3. Expand and Optimize the Recruitment Team
Rebuild the recruitment team to attract top AIenabled talent while optimizing hiring processes to meet the companys growth objectives.
Expand the team size by 50% within 6 months to support company expansion.
Reduce timetohire for critical roles by 30% ensuring that AI expertise is integrated into every department.
4. Operations and Financial Management
Oversee operational efficiencies and financial management to ensure profitable growth while investing in AI technologies and training programs.
Improve profitability margins by 15% in the first year while investing in AI technologies and training.
Develop and adhere to departmental budgets while identifying and implementing costsaving initiatives.
5. Strategic Communication and Reporting
Maintain transparent and effective communication channels providing regular updates to the CEO and stakeholders.
Prepare and present monthly operational reports.
Facilitate crossdepartmental meetings to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Strategic Leadership: 5 years in a senior operational role preferably within the BPO or staffing sector with a focus on transformation initiatives.
Western Client Expertise: At least 5 years experience working with American or Western clients demonstrating a deep understanding of their business expectations.
AI and Technology Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AI tools and their integration into workforce operations to enhance productivity.
Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success in optimizing processes improving profitability and scaling operations.
Collaborative Partnership: Ability to work closely with the CEO and other executives to achieve shared goals.
Adaptable Leader: Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Excellent Communicator: Clear effective verbal and written communication skills
Change Agent: Passionate about empowering teams and making a lasting impact on their careers and livelihoods.
Culturally Sensitive: Deep appreciation for both Filipino and Western cultures enhancing team dynamics and client relations.
Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the CEO and will be a key partner in strategic decisionmaking.
Location: Work from home based in the Philippines with occasional meetings that may require flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones.
Travel Requirements: Minimal but may include occasional travel for client meetings or team events and a 1week island retreat.
