Customer Services Representative
Location: Umhlanga Durban

Responsibilities:
- Promote excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming phone calls and walkin customers.
- Respond to email inquiries.
- Write up and quote basic print jobs.
- Follow up on quotes call inactive customers acquisition follow up and check in with current clients.
- Prospect for new customers with targeted telemarketing.
- Manage email marketing and assist with social media marketing.

- A fast learner.
- Proficient in math and units of measurement as it relates to prepress layout and finishing.
- Comfortable with computers and related technology.
- Ability to thrive in a deadlinedriven work environment.
- Basic knowledge of design software is helpful but not required.
