Job Description

Customer Services Representative

Location: Umhlanga Durban

A small familyowned company a fun place to work and were heavily involved in the local business community. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and great first impressions.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote excellent customer service.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and walkin customers.
  • Respond to email inquiries.
  • Write up and quote basic print jobs.
  • Follow up on quotes call inactive customers acquisition follow up and check in with current clients.
  • Prospect for new customers with targeted telemarketing.
  • Manage email marketing and assist with social media marketing.
What Were Looking For:
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Strong time management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and staff.
  • Highly organized and structured.
  • Detailoriented.
  • A fast learner.
  • Proficient in math and units of measurement as it relates to prepress layout and finishing.
  • Comfortable with computers and related technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadlinedriven work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of design software is helpful but not required.

Compensation is based on experience.
