Position: Sales Representative
Work Hours: 40 hours per week flexible schedule
Pay Range: USD 1500 to 2000 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

An online platform offering practical checklists and a premium program designed to support small business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls direct messaging and email outreach to engage existing customers
- Educate customers on the benefits of upgrading to our higherend program
- Build relationships with customers understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process
- Collaborate with Ben Slater and team to strategize on improving conversion rates
- Maintain clear records of customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales customer engagement or a related field
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of premium services
- Eager for a longterm role (commitment of 23 years preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow into a closing role over time
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in remote sales or working with a small business
- Familiarity with the South African work environment and time zone alignment
