Position: Customer Success Agent
Work Hours: 10:30 AM 6:30/7:00 PM EST
Pay Range: USD 2000 to 2500 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

A USbased company that helps customers to design and launch AI Agents across their biggest cost drivers.
Role Overview and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support
- Respond to customers via Slack email and MS Teams within 15 minutes
- Become product expert to address customer questions independently
- Analyze customer feedback for product/engineering teams
- Provide weekly customer status updates to leadership
- Run weekly checkin meetings with customers
- Launch campaigns for our customers through the platform when requested
- Manage our onboarding process follow each step in our onboarding system to successfully onboard each customer
- Review chatbot conversations daily to monitor for bugs logs bugs into bug tracking system monitors bug tracking system for trends/patterns/spikes
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Interest in learning about our product and becoming a product expert
- Ability to communicate with customers about existing features how the platform operates
- Ability to take feedback from customers and distill that down for our product and engineering teams
- Ability to run SQL / Python queries to pull data reports
- Proactive communication and eagerness to learn product details
- Analytical mindset for distilling customer feedback and insights
- Comfort with public speaking for customer meetings
- Strong attention to detail for managing onboarding processes
