Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities attention to detail and excellent problemsolving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications Workday as an ERP system and Power BI for reporting and analysis is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage material forecasting sourcing planning and purchasing including handling purchase orders.
- Conduct indepth analysis to identify spending trends and translate insights into actionable projects.
- Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs) invoicing and other adhoc tasks.
- Lead efforts to streamline inventory processes and daily operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers OEMs and industry peers.
- Oversee supplier onboarding ensuring compliance with insurance and other requirements.
- Ensure adherence to procurement and inventory protocols.
- Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate material distribution to designated locations.
- Audit and report on material depots across utilities.
- Monitor supply chain market conditions and assess their impact on the organization.
- Prepare material forecasts and track consumption across departments.
- Consolidate bills of materials to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Assist with monthend functions including managing outstanding invoices and accruals.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related business field; a graduate degree is a plus.
- Must be available to work three days a week at the Folsom office during standard business hours (9 AM 5 PM) and occasionally visit the Atlantic City and Union NJ offices.
- Experience with Microsoft applications Workday ERP and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
