Job Description
About the Position:
- Business Systems Analyst Resources define and prioritize product features to align with business goals and customer needs. They manage the product backlog communicate with stakeholders and guide the development team to ensure the right features are built at the right time.
- Business Systems Analyst Resources do not access Federal Tax Information.
Requirements
Basic Requirements (Mandatory Requirements):
- The Proposed Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role and a bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or another related field.
- Candidates having Formal education in Information Technology Business or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
- Masters Degree : 1 Year
- Proposed Senior Level Resource must have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Advanced analytical skills for complex business processes identifying inefficiencies and recommendation of solutions that align with business goals.
- Exceptional facilitation in requirements gathering with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Clear and concise communication working closely with variety of audiences including stakeholders developers and managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred/ Desired Skills:
It s desirable that the proposed Senior Level Resource to have:
- Ability to use business intelligence platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills using software to manage timelines resources and deliverables.
- Understanding of the agile software delivery life cycle.
The Candidate is preferred to have experience with the following Software and Services:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Zendesk
- Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Server
- Alation
- Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft Teams
- SolarWinds
