Job Description
About the Position:
- Business Systems Analyst Resources define and prioritize product features to align with business goals and customer needs. They manage the product backlog communicate with stakeholders and guide the development team to ensure the right features are built at the right time.
- Business Systems Analyst Resources do not access Federal Tax Information.
Requirements
Basic Requirements (Mandatory Requirements):
- The Proposed Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years experience in the Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Manager role and a bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or another related field.
- Candidates having Formal education in Information Technology Business or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
- Masters Degree : 1 Year
- Proposed Senior Level Resource must have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Development and implementation of business analysis strategies that drive organizational change by aligning with strategic vision.
- Coordinating closely with executive and senior leadership to define business objectives influence decision making and align analysis with strategic goals.
- Through deep understanding of cross functional dependencies coordinates large scale initiatives managing multiple cross departmental stakeholders.
Preferred/ Desired Skills:
It s desirable that the proposed Senior Level Resource to have:
- Deep understanding of the public sector dynamics strategy and market trends.
- Mastery of data analysis tools used for predictive modeling.
The Candidate is preferred to have experience with the following Software and Services:
- Jira
- Confluence
- Zendesk
- Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer
- Microsoft SQL Server Management Server
- Alation
- Microsoft Office suite
- Microsoft Teams
- SolarWinds
