David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit an Englishspeaking Compliance Officerto join their Limassol team.
Position: Compliance Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor trading activities against suspicious or unauthorised actions. Review reports and alerts from compliance systems
- Maintain compliance documents organised and uptodate to includepolicies procedures and regulatory filings
- Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Regulatory research on anychanges that impact the organisation
- Assist in organizing compliance training for employees
- Support the compliance monitoring program by assisting with reviews and investigating any compliance breaches reported by employees or flagged by systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement new or updated compliance policies across the organisation
- Conduct due diligence checks on clients by reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team during compliance audits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same / similar role within a Compliance Department
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or a related field
- CySEC Basic/Advanced certification is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English with strong verbal/ writtencommunication skills
- High attention to detail and a resultsoriented approach
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong critical thinking skills
