Were looking for a Finance & Administrative Officer to join the team at our brandnew office in Cyprus.

The Role
As a Finance & Admin Officer you will play a key role in our team handling a variety of administrative tasks such as printing filing and managing confidential documents. You will also support our finance team with general accounting duties. Youll work closely with Despina our CFO on a daily basis and youll collaborate with the wider finance team too.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and wants to contribute to the growth of our company. Youll have the chance to make a real impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including printing filing and organizing confidential documents
- Support the finance team with general accounting duties ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Handle bank applications and transactions
- Collaborate daily with Despina (CFO) and the wider finance team
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry as required
What Youll Bring:
- 35 years of experience in accounting and finance roles (were open to more senior candidates too)
- Experience with bank applications and processes
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field
- Professional certifications like ACCA or CPA (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Loyalty and reliability as youll be a key member of our closeknit team
