What Youll Do:
As a Finance Officer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations within our clients Forex company.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery diligently following up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements contracts and financial documents ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all bankingrelated matters working closely with banks to resolve issues and process transactions seamlessly.
- Collaborate with fellow finance team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in a financerelated role preferably with exposure to banking operations or basic banking skills.
- A solid understanding of fundamental banking terms processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with strong organisational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Familiarity with accounting software is considered advantageous.
