Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Support: Assist with compliance matters per internal policies and agreements with senior management.
- Inquiries: Address internal and external compliance queries as needed.
- Policy Development: Help draft and develop policies to meet CySEC and local regulatory requirements.
- Internal Controls: Establish and enforce internal practices and procedures to comply with legislation and regulations.
- Monitoring Program: Implement and conduct compliance monitoring as per regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to CySEC and other EU bodies including COMPCIF CACIF MPS IFR and others.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay current on regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
- Regulatory Liaison: Communicate with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on compliance issues.
- Marketing Review: Ensure marketing materials comply with legal requirements.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with all departments to implement controls and procedures.
- Training Support: Assist with training (CPDs) and general guidance for staff.
- License Applications: Support license applications and prepare submission packages.
- Due Diligence: Monitor and review service providers ensuring due diligence and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Law Finance Business or related fields; CySEC certifications preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in compliance preferably in financial services with CySEC knowledge.
- Skills: Strong analytical communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage tasks and work collaboratively.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.
