Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Handle employee relations addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting evaluations and employee development plans.
- Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide support in workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback through surveys and other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain uptodate HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in handling endtoend HR processes in a small to midsized organization.
- Strong understanding of HR functions employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools with strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to build relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
