Job Description
Job Title: UKG Kronos Time Clock Specialist
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure UKG Time & Attendance applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders for solution recommendations and prioritization.
Ensure compliance with wage hour and attendance policies.
Support governance road mapping and regulatory changes.
Set up and maintain Time Clocks in new retail locations.
Mentor endusers on system changes and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
Experience with Kronos WFC and Dimensions.
Knowledge of pay policy and accrual configuration.
Experience with Time Clock setup and maintenance.
Working knowledge of Boomi (preferred).
Proven ability to consult and influence crossfunctional teams.
Strong project management and documentation skills.
Passion for continuous improvement and agile methodologies.
