Job Description
- CC Team handling & maintaining good relationship with Team.
- Target settlement among CC’s.
- Monitoring performance of Team comparing to monthly target.
- Customer handling in store and at sites when required.
- Assigning responsibilities to the team.
- Scheduling training for all new CC joiner.
- Conducting refresher training for existing team members.
- Creating new leads and cracking sales.
- Regular market visits for assigned geography
