Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and revenue growth of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients creating and implementing sales plans and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in building and nurturing client relationships along with your strong sales acumen will be vital in contributing to our overall success in the competitive market.
In Cyboard School you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our school. You will be responsible for assisting in attracting and enrolling new students contributing to meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in reaching out to prospective parents to provide information about our schools programs and offerings.
Support in effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyboard School to prospective students and families.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into Admissions.
Assist in maintaining a database of leads follow up with inquiries and track progress towards sales goals.
Learn and contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective parents.
Assist in addressing inquiries concerns and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
Provide support in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.
Stay updated on educational trends competitors and industry developments.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues and inquiries
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and value proposition
Lead by example in promoting a customercentric solutionsbased sales culture

Required Qualifications


Undergraduate or Graduate degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a commitment to contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
