Job Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Supervise and support the sales team ensuring performance aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to develop market positioning product pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
  • Manage daytoday sales operations including sales forecasting pipeline management and performance reporting.
  • Ensure effective crossfunctional communication with marketing product and customer service teams for alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on team performance sales figures and market challenges.
  • Support the sales team through coaching mentoring and training to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Drive team initiatives to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in recruitment onboarding and training processes in collaboration with HR to develop top talent.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies legal regulations and industry standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the software or digital solutions industry.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA markets and regional business dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problemsolving negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
