Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress across multiple donor
projects - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, ensuring
accurate management and control of changes in alignment with project requirements and objectives - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, to assess progress and ensure
alignment with project goals and standards - Provide timely reporting on project issues and escalate critical matters to upper management when necessary,
ensuring swift attention and resolution to maintain project integrity and progress - Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including donors and partners ensuring seamless
communication, collaboration, and alignment with project objectives to foster successful project outcomes - Perform risk management to minimize project risks, to minimize adverse impacts and uphold project success
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, to ensure comprehensive records are maintained
throughout project lifecycles, facilitating transparency, accountability, and effective project management - Ensure alignment with microfinance regulations industry best practices, ensuring alignment with established
standards and guidelines to uphold operational integrity
