Responsibilities
- reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks
- answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments
- scheduling and confirming appointments meetings and events
- greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- handling enquiries and sorting mail
- copying scanning and filing documents
- keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements
- Provide customer service to visitors and parents.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks including fee collection document management and vendor relations.
- Follow policies and procedures.
Education and professional qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or a front office role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications ability to type Hindi/English
- Proficient in Web Internet and related
- Professional and pleasant demeanour
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
