Primarily responsible for:
- Planning and executing user research studies to uncover insights into user behaviors needs and preferences.
- Conducting indepth interviews contextual inquiries and usability testing sessions with target user groups.
- Analyzing research findings and synthesizing actionable insights to inform product design decisions.
- Collaborating closely with UX designers product managers and developers to translate research findings into usercentered design solutions.
- Advocating for user needs and design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of design solutions through user feedback and iterative testing.
- Work closely with Product teams to create design and implement an exceptional product
- Acquire extensive knowledge about products the user landscape and needs to drive innovative solutions.
- Employ a collaborative approach while taking ownership of the entire design thinking process to deliver exceptional results.
- Cultivate robust partnerships with important members of the development teams to ensure that the needs of both the business and clients are aligned.
- Collaborate and discover opportunities with various teams to establish meaningful connections.
- Use narrative storytelling techniques to create engaging materials for presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology products and features.
- Partner with teams to conduct and synthesize research and data insights that inform product offer and decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree with minimum Five (5) years of relevant experience required.
